How to make a Discord banner
FAQ
A Discord server banner is 960×540px (16:9). This maker exports at exactly that size, and you can switch to 1920×1080 for an invite splash background.
A static server banner needs the server at Boost Level 2; an animated (GIF) banner needs Level 3. A personal profile banner is a separate feature that needs Nitro. This tool exports a static PNG that works from Boost Level 2 up.
Discord shows your server name over the top of the banner and darkens the lower edge. Turn on the safe-zone guide and keep titles away from the very top and bottom so nothing important is hidden.

Not yet — this version exports a static PNG. Animated banners need Boost Level 3, and GIF export is on the roadmap.
