FAQ
Why can't Cricut use PNG files for cutting?
Cricut needs vector paths to know exactly where to cut. PNG is a raster format made of pixels — it has no path data. Converting to SVG gives Cricut the vector outline it needs to cut precisely around your design.
Will the SVG look exactly like my PNG?
It depends on the complexity of your image. Simple designs with clear edges convert very well. Complex photographs or highly detailed illustrations may lose some detail in the vectorization process. Use the "Side by side" preview to compare.
Can I use this SVG in Cricut Design Space?
Yes. Download the SVG file and upload it directly to Cricut Design Space using the Upload button. Select "Complex" or "Simple" cut type depending on your design, then use it in your project.
